These disciplines have led us into the production of precision print and web feed rolls. Long a supplier of cores to this industry, we are now offering finished and coated, high precision rolls for printing and web feed applications. We can produce rolls u to 12” in diameter and 60” face width in aluminum, stainless and numerous grades of carbon steel.

What sets us apart from so many producers in this field is the simple fact that that we perform all operations in house. We do not buy the cores – we manufacture them. We do not send rolls to outside vendors – we have developed a proprietary continuous flow, urethane coating process that we perform in house. Our urethane is available in several different grades and in Durometers ranging from 60 – 85, Shore A and can be had in machined and ground finishes. Do you require dynamic balancing? Once again – our computer controlled balancing equipment is capable of balancing to the tightest standards, compensating for the uneven distribution of weight from one side of the roll to the other and can print certifications for each individual roll.
