Bryant is a leading producer of conveyor components including take-ups, rollers and pulleys for the major ground and air shipping companies in the United States and abroad. Our products typically offer superior concentricity and balance than competitive offerings, allowing higher conveyor speeds and quieter operation.

Our shipping and transportation products fall into six basic categories:

Take-Ups: The Telescoper® take-up from Bryant Products offers a unique, cantilevered design that accommodates standard pillow block bearings and a simplified mount to the frame that reduces fabrication costs. Our patented spring compression models offer automatic tensioning and adjustment to CDLR chain driven live roller applications.

Tapered Rollers and Tapered Pulleys for Belt Turns and Spirals: Bryant makes the most accurate and cost effective tapered rollers on the market. Produced by our patented AirForm® process, our tapers can be produced to virtually any angle of taper without tooling charges. AirForm allows us to form a bearing pocket in true taper rollers, eliminating the welded-in washer while producing a lighter weight roller of superior concentricity. We also produce larger sizes for palate turns and lagged and un-lagged units for belt turn and spirals.

Light Duty Plastic and Steel Rollers: We make a full range of steel, stainless, aluminum and thermoplastic rollers for light duty applications. We use a full range of precision, non-precision and sleeve bearings. An extremely low torque precision bearing, a recent Bryant innovation, offers quiet operation and superior run out for gravity conveyors with very shallow angles of pitch.

Heavy Duty and CDLR Rollers: We produce heavy-duty conveyor rollers in diameters up to 6”. These rollers typically employ precision bearings, with or without labyrinth seals or commercial grade bearings and available in sprocketed or gravity designs.

Medium Duty Pulleys for Unit Handling Applications: We manufacture a full range of medium duty pulleys in diameters ranging from 2” to 12” and face widths up to 60”. Our pulleys feature our new Durathane lagging – all the superior features of urethane at a price competitive to even the least costly rubber coatings. We also manufacture precision grade pulleys with our new AirForm® process – all of the precision of machined face pulleys without the cost and weight.

Finally, we are proud to announce our new AirForm “V” guide pulleys. Only Bryant can form A and B type “V” guides into precision grade pulleys. This proprietary process completely eliminates the laborious practice of butt welding tubing to a machined center section and then machining the pulley face now employed by every other manufacturer.
