Bryant manufactures a full line of take-ups, rollers and pulleys for food processing applications. Our rollers and pulleys are built to the same high standards with the same innovative manufacturing methods as our high precision unit handling components. We have a 14 year history of successfully serving applications in field harvesting - meat and poultry processing – baking – wine, soft drink and juice production - vegetable and fruit processing, freezing and packaging.

Telescoper® Take-ups: Our food grade Telescopers are made of 304 stainless steel, and are available with most of the options as our carbon steel models. Our patented Quick Release Stainless Telescoper is especially beneficial to food processors. The Quick Release offers the same tube-in-tube and enclosed adjuster design as our standard models. The basic unit is carried within a third tube and clamp mechanism that retracts and extends for wash-down, preserving its original tension and tracking settings. The ability to slacken and tighten a belt for wash-down in a just a few minutes provides substantial time and cost savings over traditional take-ups.

Medium Duty Pulleys for Unit Handling Applications: We manufacture a full range of medium duty pulleys in diameters ranging from 2” to 12” and face widths up to 60”. Our pulleys feature our new Durathane lagging – FDA approved with all the superior features of urethane at a price competitive to even the least costly rubber coatings. We also manufacture precision grade pulleys with our new AirForm® process – providing the precision of machined face pulleys without the cost and weight. AirForm offers tremendous savings when working with stainless steel as we can often reduce the tube’s wall thickness by 50% or more.

Light Duty Plastic and Steel Rollers: We make a full range of steel, stainless, aluminum and thermoplastic rollers for light duty applications. We use a full range of precision, non-precision and sleeve bearings. An extremely low torque precision bearing, a recent Bryant innovation, offers quiet operation and superior run out for gravity conveyors with very shallow angles of pitch. We offer labyrinth seals and blind bore configurations for severe wash down applications.

Heavy Duty and CDLR Rollers: We produce heavy-duty conveyor rollers in diameters up to 6”. These rollers typically employ precision bearings, with or without labyrinth seals or commercial grade bearings, and are available in sprocketed or gravity designs. Our heavy-duty rollers are available in stainless and carbon steel for pallet handing throughout your processing facility.
