Bryant Products features a large well-equipped, advanced CNC department. Much
of our equipment is the most up to date and accurate available. Like our
many lines of conveyor components, our CNC department is fully supported
by a talented and very experienced engineering department.
We offer vertical and horizontal machining and a wide array of secondary applications. Our lathes can produce parts up to 14" in diameter and 106" in turned length. We are capable of producing TIR's as low as .002" on tubing and .001" on shafting.
All of our primary CNC operators and QC personnel have over 12 years of experience. We also offer dynamic balancing up to an H6 tolerance. Many of our lathes are bar fed and have live tooling stations providing our clients with high precision and repeatability at efficient pricing.
